Well this is certainly a very modern way to deal with it. Soil poisoning, only lasts a certain number of years. Termites eat wood, anything you place in your house that is wood should be treated well with BORACARE product it lasts a lifetime, termites cant eat it. Japan and Bali builders soak all wood/bamboo in similar solutions. Repellent based Pest control companies dont want to suggest it.
Contents are very informative and professional yet fairly easy to understand. An excellent engineering channel!
I hope next episodes about finding a good contactor, about bidding and also regarding finding a good project manager This video is very informative and will help us a lot. Thank you!!
Thanks. Po sa mga tips sir

Sabi sa caption "Best Kitchen Countertop." Eh lahat ng parte ng bahay sinama mo...
What's the usable life of the solar panels (number of years)?

Yehey!!!! Ang galing naman!. Dapat ganito na mga Engineers natin. Palaban sa International Architectural Design. Grabe yung blend niya sa nature.
Thank you kuya slayter!
Hi Slater, I hope you can do a vlog also on cabinetry in the future. We had hard time looking for a good cabinetry/kitchen renovation contractor. The last one we had was very problematic. Hindi pulido. The second was, they keep on insisting us to use MDF material kahit ayaw namin. We wanted sana matte finish on a marine plywood but they always present problems than possibilities just because we dont want MDF. The thing na ayaw namin sa MDF is the use of Melamine kaya instead na Matte, shiney ang kalalabasan. The contractor always said to us na mas maganda shiny kesa matte, eh matte nga gusto namin.
lol... there is no such thing that it is a right to have an obstructive view... NOT UNLESS YOU BUY THE AIR RIGHTS INFRONT OF YOUR HOUSE WITH THAT VIEW....
they say when you are connected to huawei china can monitor you.
Ganda ng design and execution, but with times now, safety from intruders should also be included in the plan,
11:40 stucks on my mind. I'm actually planning to transfer to our new house pero medyo hesitant parin ako kasi di pa sya fully finished. Pero dahil dito na motivate na ko lumipat haha. Thanks idol.
Thanks!
I just use the real gun and that’s why I have holes in my roof
Lumalabas daw ung malamig na hangin 😮😮
Nag pa enhance kami ng unit. Cabinetry, sink at counter top amounted to 475K.
Hey, great content but do you understand your consumed all over the world? We can’t understand some stuff you say. I am from Nigeria by the way 👍
Where is the mirror from?? I really really want it for my home
What blade you used for wood cutting on grinder?
Ang super bright ni Atty Kirwen, very articulate, equipped and fast in answering the questions.. I want to hear them while they are in court. ❤
Ano pong mas maganda? Generator or Power Station?
Not many people are aware or even the majority of the Cebuanos doesn't know that NuStar is a joint venture of Robinsons and the Cebu City government which means that Cebu City has a share of the earnings of Nustar. I am saying this because when the Sinulog Festival's venue was transferred in South Reclamation Project(SRP) where the Nustar was built, a lot of Cebuanos are whining saying that NuStar and Filinvest are the only entities who are benefiting from the transfer of venue. Well, now you know, NuStar and Filinvest is a joint venture with Cebu City.
Thank you for a very informative video. Can you pls state where you are doing the video. I’m Filipino living in Australia. This will give me the geographical aspect of the Phils. Although you mentioned here that you were in Cebu so that’s good. Love your videos.
Sana meron na sa Pangasinan. 🙏🙏🙏 please make it available nationwide
ang ganda !! ! mgkano kaya? , tataya muna ako sa lotto, hehehe
What is the best month to build a house in the Philippines?
most likely summer months.. before july
ganda!
Hmmm. One important thing missing from this video is the fact that Surge Protectors NEED to be plugged to a three-wire grounded receptacle to work. Most houses in the Philippines only have two-wire ungrounded receptacles. Now a lot of people will buy these products and think they will be properly protected from surges. They will also use universal adapters to adapt the three-pronged APC Surge Protectors to two-wired ungrounded receptacles. I use APC products for two decades already and that’s one important thing to note.
5.52 x 8.13 sqm , kasya po ba pag sa ground floor, parking for 2 cars, 1 kwarto, kusina, banyo, dining room, then may sala

Godbless!
Steel is the way to go
big salute to the team! already cast my vote for Monterrazas'
yung drone malikot... sobad!!
What are the composition and properties of this material sir? Thank you for sharing this po.
here's what I can say, if your bill in meralco is around 10k+ or higher, just get a solar, youll thank your self, you can ROI that thing for 3-5 years. in my case im already in 5th year but my ROI for my solar is long time already been met I think 2 years ago. sa sobrang mahal ng kuryente sa pilipinas, mabilis mo lang talaga mababawi yung ROI mo. my setup is off grid setup, its just that meralco for me is basically just a backup power for me now, just in case na maubos yung karga ng battery, but that rarely happens now specially this year, I guess all thanks to El Nino, usually kasi around 400-600 pesos lang MSF ko kay meralco, this year around 200 pesos or less na lang. 12kw solar power with 8kwh battery backup, all DIY, total spend is around 980k.
May link po how to properly seal or frame the aircon na good din for cleaning maintenance?
Nice! This is actually going to be useful when we start building our small house. I've actually tried Hazard Hunter na. Now I have to read the National Building Code and the Structural Code of the Philippines.
